Headroom was a problem in this property due to low ceilings, the idea was to construct dormers to solve this issue.
We built 2 dormers with a matching porch to the front of the property and 2 to the rear with French doors and balconies providing the clients with a view of the forest.
We fitted a new staircase incorporating glass panels and 2 new bathrooms along with an overhaul of the heating and electrics .A new kitchen with French doors was then fitted to complete the
