This was a 6 month project from start to completion to construct a property that is now estimated to be worth £1Million.
Underfloor heating was fitted to the entire ground floor and connected to an oil fired boiler.
The whole property was wrapped in 2 layers of Actis insulation before Cedar cladding was fitted all round.
Velfac windows and doors were fitted to the entire property and Millboard decking was fitted under a veranda.
We carried out the complete works including all tiling and decoration to leave a finished project ready for the client to move into.
