This project was carried out for a customer in Cowplain to provide a large kitchen diner /family room.
Before commencement of works we had to dismantle and remove a conservatory and its base.
Due to having had a loft conversion a flat roof was needed on this property so as to keep the level down.
We matched in the brickwork and designed a parapet wall finish so as to cover the look of the flat roof.
The existing rear walls of the house were also removed so as to provide a large kitchen area, office and cloakroom.
A new boiler was also fitted and the electrics were updated.
We then laid a new patio area to the rear and side of the property.
