This project was carried out to a 3 bedroom property in Cowplain. The requirements were to demolish an existing extension and in its place construct a much larger extension to be used as an office.
Above this we constructed a fourth bedroom with a wet room en-suite and a larger main bathroom.
We also designed and built a porch to the property during the works.
These works required deep foundations and we excavated to a depth of 2.8m with a continuously running pump due to the wet ground at this depth.
We installed a block and beam floor and managed to source matching bricks to build the extension.
The first floor received a rendered and mock beam finish so as to match existing.
The entire property was then decorated inside and out so as to leave a completed project
